- By adding Tags to pages, your Faves are easier to find in Faves. Also, adding Tags makes Futureful better for everyone.

- 1st means that you have been the first person to Fave a new page from the web. And by being the 1st you make new pages discoverable for others. This makes Futureful better for everyone. The best way to be the 1st is to surf the web with Futureful and Fave pages that you enjoy.
- Why is a Tag recommended to me?
- Futureful recommends Tags that you might enjoy. The app learns quickly and recommended Tags improve based on your actions.
- Where are Tags coming from?
- The recommended Tags have been created by others when they have Faved a page and added Tags to it.
- Why is a page recommended to me?
- Futureful recommends pages that you might enjoy. Everyone get unique results and every page is recommended to you only once. The app learns quickly and recommended pages improve based on your actions.
- Where are the pages coming from?
- Recommended pages have been Faved and Tagged by others.
- How do other people affect Tag and page recommendations?
- The app analyzes patterns and trends from others to recommend content that might be interesting to you.
- What is Faves?
- All the pages you Fave are saved in Faves. In Faves, you can also see how many times you have been the 1st to Fave a unique page.
- I forgot to Fave an interesting page and now I cannot find it. What to do?
- Only Faved pages are saved in Faves. Unlike search, every page is recommended to you only once. If you have not Faved an interesting page, you'll have to use web search to find it again.
- How do I share interesting pages?
- When Faving, use the Action button on the left bottom corner of the Tag box to share. In Faves, use the Action button on the right side of the page title to share.

- Is Futureful a search engine?
- No. You do not need to type in keywords or even know what you want.
- Is Futureful a social network?
- No. You do not have to follow or become friends with anyone.
- Is Futureful a browser?
- No. However, you can surf the web with Futureful. Just press + and type in a url. You can then Fave and add Tags to any page you enjoy.
- Is Futureful a personalized newsreader?
- No. Futureful can be used for all kinds of digital content. News is just one source of interesting information.
- Why do I need to sign in with Facebook or Twitter?
- We didn't want to force you to create (and remember) yet another username & password. By signing in, you create your personal Futureful account. This makes sure your personal preferences are saved.
- Is Futureful personal?
- Futureful is personal and you need to sign in to access your account. You ensure that Futureful stays personal by signing out from the app if other people are using your device.
- Who can see what I'm doing in Futureful?
- Only you can see pages that you explore in Futureful. Similarly, only you can see what you have saved in Faves. Futureful does not automatically share or post your pages anywhere.
- How do I report inappropriate content?
- We want to make sure you will have a safe and enjoyable experience. If you encounter offensive material, please use the app's Feedback function to report it.
